Actually I have been following your beginner gym workout for 4 weeks till now and for god sake you saved me from becoming a gym rat also my strength is increased within 3 week. I can see a great difference in my physical shape and also on my mental health. As I go to gym just for 3 days and specially focusing on compound exercise and for rest of the days I walk fot 5 to 6 thousand steps. This schedule Actually helps me a lot since I daily have 5 to 6 hrs study. So inshort your workout plan helped me alot on my physical health but also on my mental health.
    Thank you❤!

What I understood is he is talking about men who's whole personality is gym. Gym should be a part of your life not your whole life. Unless of course if you're pro bodybuilder who's living and earning is bodybuilding competition. Cause then it's a profession. And they aren't making cringe reels with cringe captions.
But unfortunately just like Instagram hos, we have this whole generation of men now doing cringe on reels and social media. And one similarity?? They are half naked too.

Bhai I am gonna be honest. I a an introvert and I have been kind of anti-social from the very start. Neither am I good at making friends nor am I good at talking with girls. So, going to gym makes me happy. When I am at my lowest, I just flex my biceps and abs and it gives me hope, and encourages me to stay disciplined even during hard times. It also builds up energy that I can invest in other hobbies. I used to play cricket but I stopped hanging out with those guys because they have toxic lifestyle. Thik hai bhai gym jaa rahe hai, and their complete focus is on diet and building body, so it's obvious that they are gonna have some ego issue. But hanging around those guys is better than hanging around those who smoke and drink. Those who play sports have a "herd mentality". Their peers smoke and drink, so they will do the same. Working out transformed my mindset, it made me more active. Now I can try anything new if I want to. Maybe combat sports or a new sport or learning something new. It made me so much active that I am open to learning or experiencing new things.

They have a good physique and along with it many qualities like descipline and self control and motivation. And u compared gym and working out and lifting weights to kushti and other sports because weight lifting and power lifting are themselves considered a sport so its like bandar aur machhli ka comparison krna swimming me. Bro aaj kal ki generation ne sigma male ko badnam kar rakha hai na jante huye ki sigma male matlab reality mein hota kya hai..
Not talking to people not meeting with people no hangout not even stand in any social hierarchy.. yahi matlab ye banaye huye hai sigma male ka jo ki bilkul galat hai aur ye bitter truth hai iss generation ka.
The actual meaning of sigma male is not what we all think asal mein humare andar social skills kaafi developed ho maximised quality ho better physique, better communication skills, better mindset, jaha situation aisa ho ki humein kisi ki help leni pade tab hi le warna akele hi apne path par chalna just beacuse duniya chhoti si help ka bhi bahut bada credit lena chahti hai, you're mature enough to handle any situation without any drama aur trauma, and ye sab qualities hi ek actual sigma male banati hai. When you know how to respect every being who respect you and have the ability to forgive and stand for yourself.
By the way love you bro your direct black pills is your real identity bas aise hi videos banate raho and wishes you a massive success ❤

i can agree with some parts, but saying gym is easy is going to far, most people show up for 1 month and quit, people who have built muscle naturally by doing strength training or calisthenics are doing better than an ordinary man walking some kms a day, after all taking care of nutrition and building up strength is hard and gradual process, not every one can bench 100 kgs, it takes continuous pushing of urself, so if instead of wasting time if ur going gym u should be proud of urself. but i agree there are some chappris who just hit gym for attention and think they are gangster
