living alone diaries: reflecting on year 25, making spiked caramel apple cider and candlelit yoga

ahh, my twenty-sixth birthday was this week (!!!) where my scorpio girlies at? 👀🦂. Year twenty-five at first glance felt like the most difficult, but in hindsight, I know all of what I've went through and experienced was simply to prepare me for what i'm going call my 'Goddess year✨' for year twenty-six.
It's so wild how you start to feel your new age before your exact birth day and to be honest, these days I've been feeling a bit more relaxed in my body and confident within my own decision making. I'm not perfect, but for year twenty-six, I'm hoping to not have to repeat any of the same difficult lessons I learned in year twenty-five due to my toxic attachment style and inner child trauma.
This year, I really want to free my inner child. I want her to rest for a little. i want her to know that this new version of me will make her proud and worry-free. This year will be different-It's just going to require me doing a lot of sh*t i've never done before in order to see the growth.
anyways, i'm so into the fall vibes and holiday spirit this year so cheers to making my favorite soup and spiked caramel apple cider with me! shout out to Savage X Fenty for inviting me to such a beautiful and much needed candlelit yoga class. More of this for year twenty-six!
