Great content yet again :) I breed several varieties of guppy commercially, and have found that both fry at all stages of growth and the adults benefit greatly from 3 feedings each day. A good quality flake blended with spirulina as first feed, baby brine shrimp at 2nd feeding and the dry mix again as third feed. 4 hours between feedings. Also lightly boiled cucumber placed in tanks for all day foraging. This works for me as my fish are all kept in moving water which means high metabolism rate. Also I never overcrowd. In other words , depending under what conditions your fish are kept, will determine what feeding regimen is best for them.
I found Brine Shrimp pollutes the water really fast (might be because I am a beginner) compared to dry good quality flakes like HIkari Fancy G or Larviva or GP99. So, I feed the my fishes shrimp & musquito larvae once a week, boiled spinach once a week and rest are all dried food. So far they are doing good (healthy) but I struggle to get amazing vibrant colours as shown in videos :)
artemia can survive in fresh water 24 hours, maybe for some reason it dies and decomposes quickly when you feed it. As for the color of the guppies, please select the dominant individual and combine feeding with spirulina, good luck!
Hey there, I’m quite new to this and have 10 adult guppies. I have fish flakes and was wondering how many pinches or how big a pinch I should be feeding them a day. Please help 🥺
You should practice feeding them very little first to get used to it. You should feed them once a day just enough for your guppies to eat it all within a few minutes.
You should stop feeding for 1 day and then try again with the new flakes feed in the video : ruclips.net/video/jRrATMH83Ho/видео.htmlsi=4FXyd-1D03A3P6EN
I feed my guppies frozen bloodworms , I cut them up with a sharp knife before feeding so that the are small enough not to cause chocking etc I also cut live white worms and live blood worms.
There are many reasons why your fish get sick such as improper feeding, unstable water source, tank location, etc. Food with enough vitamins does not mean your fish will be fine
@@adnan._.sky3 guppies really need to eat spirulina at all ages, we always include spirulina in guppies diets, spirulina is great for guppies my friend
You should feed baby guppies hatched shrimp every 3 hours if you are in the guppy business, if you are a beginner, only 1 to 2 times These are foods that can replace hatched shrimp, you can check them out here: Fluval Color Enhancing Flakes Fish Food ✅ ⭐ amzn.to/3iVWEAK ⭐ Ocean Nutrition Instant Baby Brine Shrimp ✅ ⭐ amzn.to/3GX0Fwz ⭐ Sera Micron Nature - Fry Food ✅ ⭐ amzn.to/3wjb6Wn ⭐

the way you feed the guppies is very similar to us, the guppies grow fast and die less, thank you for sharing your experience!

My guppies are kind of picky and the flakes I have aren’t popular. What flakes do you recommend?

Can i feed spirulina powder to my guppies and guppy fries...?
That's great for baby guppies, spirulina improves digestion and nutrient absorption, but you should combine feeding baby guppies more artemia
