- Finding your tribe is so important to me and now I know why I was meant to pick up the camera and share my story with you. I have found my tribe and I am thankful, and humbled at the same time.
I was so lost but as a community you have wrapped your arms around me with compassion but most of all with kindness and respect. I still have my days but I no longer feel so alone. 🩷🩷
You are why I smile again and I know that we are so able to offer this to everyone who is continuing to struggle right now in their lives.
Let's keep this going and bring some love and support to others, I know that we can make a difference as a community of people who are willing, because you did it for me.

That truly is how it is. I want more people to reach out and if l can do it, l know they can. Such a peaceful sitting area and garden next to your van, wonderful way to surround yourself with good vibes and thats half the battle.
I love gardening, im not the best at it but it give me peace..unfortunately my body/hands cant handle it these days but ill still push myself because in the end its worth it.

I struggle too, but I may feel the pain but I like you push myself, I think our love for it pushes us. A little sense of at least achieving something.

100% , thats my goal most day's...push myself in little burst to get things done. Same as you I like to finish what Ive start (ill just pay for it later) but at least I accomplished something or finished what I started even if it took me forever...along with a lots of funny noises from the pain as im doing stuff.
I'm also learning when my body just can't, and instead of beating myself up or get frustrated, im working on self care and just letting my body/mind rest when needed.
🌱🦶Make sure your kicking off your shoes and get some of mother earth grounding, so helpful with sleep, inflammation, healing the body/mind...at least 30min a few days in a row, its amazing.
🦋🌻As for the garden, I found a bag of organic chicken poop fertilizer and man ohhh man...its the bomb. Now I focus on plants for the butterflies, bee's & birds. I cant handle much more these days, so im grateful I cant look out for mother nature creatures. Here in Chicago I do milkweed for the monarch butterflies, parsley for the black swallowtail butterflies and sunflowers for the chickadees and bees.

Looks like you’ve gotten a lot done it looks great. You have way more energy than I seem to have these days. It’s good to see you starting to perk up and letting that old spirit show itself again. Take a few moments a day and just listen to the birds singing it will lighten your soul.
Doing as much as l can, lm slowly getting there as my energy runs low these days too but lm in no rush.
Every afternoon I have a tree full of birds next to me and l do sit and watch their antics, it does lighten the soul.
I’m just finding my way back into living with moments of peace and digging through the garden gives me that.
Lots of breaks in between too. 😊

You make my day so good, to know l have you right there with me, virtually holding my hand and I love you for doing that for me. Such kind words that fill my heart with gratitude for the ability to see me and the world needs more people like you.
I am pretty ordinary as an individual but with the people l have connected on here we will make a difference to others who are struggling more so than me.
lol, they are our cuddle bugs, and all they ask in return is to loved by us, a full belly and a bed to sleep on, which we do.
So many people don’t have any of that and that makes me sad. Let us do what we can and be kind and caring to others.

The garden looks so beautiful and cozy ! I’m currently living only for my two dogs… I look forward to the day that I actually find my joy and peace again. I go down to my local park when I walk my dogs and just scream out to god, I sob and just scream so loud… then I apologise 😂… I don’t know I will ever recover from losing my child, it’s been 8 years and it’s all still so raw. Your videos make me feel not so alone anymore.. thank you 😊
Thank you. You scream at god, you can argue with him when you’re angry about what has happened to you, then tell him how this has been the hardest years of your life, to give you a little peace, from that pain. He is happy to listen.
One never recovers from the loss of losing a child, though no comparison and why l struggle everyday, my daughter is alive but I had to walk away from her and l miss that little girl l dreamt about having in my life, a daughter who l loved (love) with all my heart.
We will always remember them together till we pass away, because we were their mother, we cherished them but we cannot forget that we are still here right now and what is our purpose.
If your dogs are yours lm so grateful for them being in your life and grateful to have you be here to talk to me because you are important and lm sure to others around you that are in your life.
You are allowed to be happy, remember that it doesn’t mean you have forgotten that child you lost. You are not alone, l will always be here. 🩷🩷🩷

I really liked it when you said several times.."its not just about me"
I have never been what I would call a selfish person quite to the contrary, more of a selfless person. However lately I have had more of the poor me I didn't deserve, etc etc. My loved ones can pick up on the negative emotion even though it's not verbal. I do need to think of myself more than I have in the past, however "its not just about me."
I think the fact that I have a therapist and our sessions in that hour are only about me helps.💝
Hi Estee, sometimes we tend to forget that but hey, we are not perfect. We are not being selfish, we are simply being honest about our feelings to ourselves and the main thing is to then remember how it affects others as well and be mindful it hurts them to see you hurting. Never feel guilty though Estee.

Yes so true, the therapist should be about you, your feelings, let them know that conflict of selfish and selfless behavior you feel, that is importantly something to understand in moving forward.

I will not change my videos and will continue to share my life as it unfolds and the effects of abuse that l still struggle with daily.
I think more so when I am alone with my thoughts, especially at night. I keep myself busy, rain, hail or shine during daylight hours but l also feel exhausted at times. I need to slow down a little bit and lm trying to do that but then the hurt hits me.
With everyone’s support I can do this and help others to find some peace within themselves.
