The best part is that it uses both GPS/INS and the camera. The AGM-130 is targeted via its camera and then GPS/INS is used to fly it to where its looking, but a it is able to be steered in flight as well, to track moving targets, etc.
what kind of missiles were the first two clips from, it seems awfully expensive to put thermal camera units in the heads the missiles just for targeting stationary ground targets usually just a laser targeting or gps system is used for that
