Thank you. Glad to hear that you liked it!
In the UK, the plant foam is known as Oasis and you might make the project look better by adding vermiculite or similar to cover the top of the foam. Otherwise, a great project. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the information! I do not know much about plants, fake or not.
Fun video.. i have made several address signs. Those numbers are expensive at Lowes. Amazon was much more reasonable.
I got mine at Menards. They were on a clearance discount. I am not surprised that Amazon would have them cheaper. If I were making these to sell that is definitely one place I would look. Thanks for the input and for watching!
Pretty sweet little project, nice colour finish too 👍. Did you drill a few holes in the bottom of the plant holder? Might fill with rain unless under a porch?
I didn't because my porch is wide enough that rain will never get to it. Holes or cutting a small 45 degree angle off the corners of the bottom would be good if it is in the weather. Thanks for watching!
Love this! Could you share how much you would price yours at for a craft fair?🤓
I have only sold items at a craft fair one time. That was several years ago and I did not try selling this item. I would think it depends a lot on where you are located and if there is much competition. If I had to guess, it should sell for a similar price to what can be found on Etsy. It may take a little bit of trial and error. Set a price you feel is fair and see how it does. Adjust up or down for the next fair depending on how fast they sell. Thanks so much for watching and commenting!
Where did you get the numbers from? Great video.
I got my numbers from Menards. I am sure you could find similar ones at other home improvement stores or even Amazon. Thanks for watching!
How did you attach it to the house? What type of hardware or adhesive did you use?
I drilled 2 holes in the mortar and used Tapcon screws
@@StoneAndTimberShopClass thank you! 😊
What size are your numbers?
I believe they were 5"
Plastic or rubber mallet.
Very good point. I actually don't have either so I used the next best option I had on hand
@@StoneAndTimberShopClass We learn every day something.
Plastic or Rubber Mallet.? Depends on how hard you tend to hit it..😎 or, how hard the wood is.
I have a rubber one that I usually like for soft woods, and I a plastic one for hardwoods.
