  • Hello It's been a while since I uploaded this video.
    I made lemon chiffon cake in Yumeiro patissiere E17 patissiere match🍋
    A friend (korean version name is Nawon) of ichigo, her classmate, made this cake.
    I used granulated sugar instad of common sugar as in the animation.
    Granulated sugar is more refined than sugar, so it is more soluable in water and sweeter.
    For this reason, using granulated sugar can give you a cleaner sweet taste.
    I decorated chiffon cake with royal icing made from honey.
    I made it same way at animation. It was too sweet to eat.

    [chiffon cake]
    egg 3ea
    sugar 30g + 50g
    salt a bit
    grape seed oil 30g
    lemon zest 1/2ea
    lemon juice 10ml
    weak flour 50g
    baking powder 1g
    [icing]
    sugar powder 150g
    egg white 15
    honey 10
    lemon juice 8
