Aloe likes sandy soil. After a few years of raised beds, we struggle with disease big time. And I had a stray tomato seed grow in my native Florida sandy soil near our trampoline with absolutely no help. Only tomato plant I ever had with no disease.
Will 100% sand work well for these? Also would feeding more regularly , like weekly, be recommended for sand planted plants because there are no nutrients in the sand? Thanks
You need to add several inches of compost and rock dust. The best thing is to have chickens or rabbits and just keep adding the manure until you finally get good soil.
This music gets funky at 125% playback speed... :)
