Ok, mine aren't, I can see part of the top 2 but none of the side ones, they are way closer to the edge. I've tried all i know, just might have to make new holes 😉

What sort of long extension did you have for your drill and will that be needed to put in the fireplace box?

There aren’t any pilot holes for this step. Just place them relative to what’re you see them places in the manual and screw them in.
When you slid the fireplace into the stand, and you've got 2 screws on each side and top, did all those holes line up?

What about assembly of farmhouse sliding door entertainment center without the fireplace?
My instructions call the top 13..when it is clearly 17
