I make green smoothies per Dr. Brooke Goldner protocols. I give my mini schnauzer about a 1/4 cup of smoothie that fills the space around her dog food in the bowl. She ALWAYS drinks the smoothie. Loves it. Her eyes seem to be less cloudy. My mom noted how much energy my dog has this Saturday when we visited.

Chef AJ and Dr Weiss 46:45 thank you for talking about your personal temptations. I was in a bakery getting cake for Dad. Oh my, the scents in there were making me feel like a heroin addict in a factory. Yes abstinence is bliss. I have never had just one! I was so relieved when I walked out. I literally sighed and took a fresh breath. I needed to hear you said today. 😊Thank you. 🥦🥒🥬🍒🎉

He is sooo right about gerd and hiatial hernia. I have both and completely eliminated symptoms with WFPB. Eating fat does not work for me at all. Alcohol especially wine which is acidic will also make it worse

@@crystaltorres7313 It takes some time I think for your esophagus to calm down and the inflammation to go away. I am mostly SOS free and try to eat smaller more frequent meals. I never eat anything spicy, acidic or fatty for dinner. Make sure you eat at least 3 hrs before bed. Eating most of my food early in the day seems to help. Eat slowly and chew well.

Statins have caused Dermatomyositis and Polymyositis . And I have DM myself . But mine began in 1991 . and not caused by statins . But I had my tonsils and adenoids finally taken out due to chronic tonsil infections . I had been on anti biotic s for that and occasionally for skin infections . periorbital dermatitis. I think the years of anti biotic s effected my immune system , plus a high stress factor in my life contributed to getting a severe case of DM . Since then I will never take another antibiotic ever again . ESPECIALLY CIPRO and its family . I have a toxic allergic reaction to cipro

Unfortunately, I know exactly what it is.

Hi Chef AJ. I used to follow your book, SOS diet & did very well. How can I ask a question when you have future doctors come on? Since I had a small bowel obstruction surgery from (adhesions) scar tissue from a hysterectomy 30 years ago, (in 2020), I was told I would never be able to eat any leafy greens or cruciferous vegetables ever, to stay low fiber. Since 2020, my weight has gone up, I'm pre-diabetic & my cholesterol is up. I can't seem to find any help. Plus, you once recommended a consultation with Dr. Goldhamer, but I lack sufficient financial support, so it's hard to get a consultation unless they accept Medicare. I just would like to know what could I eat to regain a healthy body without vegetables?Thank you.

I don't think you should change animals diets. It's not fair to the animal. They know what to eat. It's messing with the circle of life.

Have you or anyone else on this show read the book called Natural Health For Dogs & Cats written by Dr. Pitcairn’s ? The book is highly recommend for anyone who loves their compassion animals. It’s not normal or natural for our companion animals to eat the leftover carcasses from slaughterhouses . I rescued a little dog a few years ago with many health issues. Bloody stools, stomach problems ,he also had a problem putting on weight. After changing his diet to a Whole Foods plant based diet his health improved, he gained weight ,his fur feels like silk and his energy is off the wall . He’s the happiest and healthiest companion animal I’ve ever seen.

Dr. Pitcairn’s complete guide to Natural Health For Dogs & Cats . The information in his book is absolutely shocking! The carnivore diet is not only dangerous for our companion animals,it’s also dangerous for humans. Please consider having Richard H. Pitcairns ,DVM, PHD and Susan Hubble Pitcairn on your podcast . ❤️🙏
