what about spraying some PTFE spray on the machine (just inside where there is the lap) to make all the swarf slide away instead of sticking, no cleaning required after that
Justin. Thank you so much for putting out so much good information about the Sterling hand piece faceting machines. I have its older brother. couple of years ago I found one of the original Imahatchi machines that has almost no ware on it.The serial number starts with 73 which I believe is the first year they were produced. Is that correct? I originally did some faceting on a mast machine. It has been very difficult trying to find information about my hand piece machine. Your videos have been a wealth of information.Thanks. Vince
Thanks for the nice comment. I’m not sure about the imahashi serial number. The company is a mystery to me. I hope to get an imahashi machine soon to compare against my other machines. For now I don’t know enough about them.

Thank you guys for sharing !
Always good to share the knowledge. Thanks for watching
Does anyone know what the wait time is on the machine? It's been 2 months and all I've gotten from Sandun is "working on it".
Not sure right now
