As a Louisiana native and LSU fan, I was happy to see LSU win the championship. They balled out. Catlin played great too but that game shows it takes a team to win. As for Jill Biden, this is totally disrespectful to LSU. Iowa should decline just because the moment is not for them and they should understand that.

@DorseysResource I'm absolutely not saying you don't have a point. But you know how fans are. Emotions are high, and logic escapes most of them. Many of them never played and don't have the type of insight into the game that current or former athletes have. I'm not saying the officiating decided that game at all (although it was pretty bad all the way around), I'm just saying it's nothing new for a fanbase to put it on the refs. All it takes is one bad call or missed call for some fans to blame the entire outcome on the refs.
I'm not saying any of that is right, but I see it often across all sports. But I don't disagree... LSU went into that game ready, and you could see it in their play. I don't think Iowa went into that game with the same killer instinct they displayed against SC, and it cost them. They leaned too heavily on Clarke and never matched the tenacity of the ladies on LSU. It takes a team, and they were the better team on the court. Clarke, in my opinion, was the best player on the court, but LSU was the better team.
Respectfully Obama is no longer in that seat, so he is irrelevant to this situation

It's robbed people of that true feeling of achievement in victory, but also the sting of defeat. In my opinion, experiencing both makes you a better person.
