I'm 22 years old and I don't do social media. When I have kids, I'm not letting them do social media until they're 18 years old.
My kids didn’t get phones until high school. Even so, it may have been too soon.
Good for you. I didn't get a cell phone until I was forty, (I'm now sixty four!) a little while after they came out and before social media started cranking up. They running and ruining the children of today.
My 2 children weren't allowed phones until HS and they only got Tracphones. They had to earn their minutes with chores, good grades, etc Best decision we made as parents.

Angel's problem isn't the race card that she always has in her back pocket, but rather the simple fact that she just isn't that good. Certainly not even close to CC. And if in your mind she is....Then you're not familiar with team basketball. Enough said there. Jealous people will go to any lengths to bring their name into the limelight. I knew AR would come up lame towards the end of the season. That gives her the "What-If" clause. Right out of the first chapter of "I Am Relevant 101" book. Reese is a celebrity first and a basketball player second.... that's the difference! Example: Reese {a rookie} uses her rookieship to create a PODCAST {like she's Halley Berry or something} and Caitlin is busy trying to improve her team, her play, her passing etc and it shows! Reese is getting made fun of for missing layups - basketball 101 in Anywhere, University, and Caitlin's getting beat up, pushed around, fouled all the time etc! YOU DON'T SEE ANYONE ELSE GETTING THAT KIND OF TREATMENT BECAUSE MOST OF THE NBA IS LIKE REESE!! Very few are like Caitlin......The 'Reese' type player overwhelms the 'Caitlin' type players, but that's going to change real soon and the 'Reese' type players know it! That's why they always F- with Caitlin! They'd love her to quit etc.! Generational talent is easily recognized by true sports fans. CC fits the bill. The only reason I watch the WNBA. With CC on the court, they are rarely out of the game, which is why her fans watch her to the end.
