Great recipe. I wish I could get burdock’s root and daikon in my country but for sure I have to try this recipe. Btw I wish u made yaki dango or just dango video. I wish u made similar video like with onigiri when u showed us many different types of the dish. I wish I could learn how to make zunda dango, kurogoma dango or so. Once again I love the video and your channel and passion for Japanese cuisine and your knowledge. Arigatō gozaimasu
