It took less than 7 years for wonderland to get its next coaster when it took KD 8 years. Don't forget that wonder mountain is technically a coaster so that one counts too.
Only difference is that wonderland will probably get another coaster two years later while KD will probably have to wait another decade before they get another coaster installed.
This is gonna be the first B&M dive coaster I'll be riding, and can't wait :) Now you guys have a great collection of B&M coasters :) Cedar Fair, Canada's Wonderland, and B&M, I think you guys have a winner on your hands here.
Tony Kim you need to get hop to the US and ride Griffin or Sheikra. I like them more since they have regular OTSRs and not vests that keep you in your seat. Without the vests, the airtime is real on the drops, so sad the biggest one ever won't have any airtime.
I wish canadas wonderland would work with someone else like rmc, gci, mack, intamin, vekoma (new vekoma seems to be good), s&s, premier rides SOMETHING ELSE PLS

shannon blythe I have, Valravn has an Immelmann Loop, a Dive Loop, and finally a heartline roll. There is no Vertical Loop. I suggest you look up the terms for rollercoaster elements as clearly your mixing them up or thinking all inversions are VERTICAL loops. The elements we have on Yukon Striker here are: Immelmann, Zero G Roll, Vertical Loop, Immelmann... (then into a MCBR into a helix but thats a non inverted element).

Agreed. skyrider was SO uncomfortable for me. You're not actually standing; The seating is more like a bicycle. if that's not enough to dislike, the restraints make you feel like you're being compressed on both sides of your body. personally, I have to give Canada's Wonderland full credit for this replacement. it was worth the decision :)

Toronto Transit Fan true, flightdeck gives every1 headache, i have zero problem on dragon fire, leviathan and behemoth. but flightdeck is just horrible. I honestly want another flat ride on it instead of another B&M but another coaster will be nice. If they remove the theater, flight deck and time warp they may have space for another huge coaster
OMG YES! I went on that and I was crying and on the turn at the top my neck jolted to the left and every time I turned my head for the next month after that it cracked. horrible experience! I would love it if they replaced it.
Unfortunately yes, time warp wasn’t removed. I don’t see what Cedar Fair/Wonderland is doing letting such garbage rides stay in the park, they don’t make nearly as much economy as some of the other rides
Rating this ride! I went on this yesterday, and we waited in line for like an hour to an hour and a half. I was scared waiting in line because I’m not really a fan of big rollercoasters, but I waited and then we got on. We sat in the middle row, which I’m glad we did, and I’ll get to that in a second. It started moving and that’s when I was really scared. Then, we started going up and on the videos going up may seem short, but when your actually going up, it feels like forever. I was praying because I was scared lol, but then we turned, braked, then moved again. And before we knew it, we were dangling over the 90 degree drop. Dangling also felt like forever. And I was glad we were sitting in the middle so we couldn’t see the drop while we hung over it. And all of a sudden, we dropped. I screamed so loud, but I’m not sure why, because surprisingly, I didn’t really feel the drop too much. But then it started going through the loops and stuff, and I was like “wooo!” This ride changed my whole perspective on big rollercoasters. Also, it was very smooth. Not once did my head bang or anything. You just glide along the track. Definitely worth the wait. This coaster is a solid 10/10.
Layout is the best I've seen on any dive coaster! I actually like the color scheme, and the name isn't fantastic, but it's better than ziz or valravn. But why the vest restraints? I'm actually worried it won't be good
When I come to Canada’s Wonderland, I do not went any on the rides since there will always be huge lineups all the time. I only just walk around the whole amusement park, and buy some food and drinks, and then shop at some of their gift stores before I live.

I really like Yukon Striker, but honestly that's the first idea of a name I've heard that I like more. I'd be entirely down if the entire queue was rocking speakers blasting a combo of Tom Sawyer, Working Man, Spirit of the Radio, and YYZ on endless repeat. I still am a fan of Yukon Striker, but dam, that would have been just swell. Good call on the gold rush - adrenaline rush aspect as well!
I hope this has the vest restraints, i fucking love them, it makes me feel more weightless than the normal over the shoulder restraints, i’m glad b&m started using them on other models than just winged coasters

Samantha JellyCat My brother used to be scared of rollercoasters. I told him to try Behemoth with me. He did, and he has loved rollercoasters ever since. Everyone is different though. I say try behemoth, since it has no loops and it’s not as tall as Leviathan.
Even though I have ridden every coaster in the park, I still feel unsafe on time warp. It’s a horrid experience in the lying down cage thing. I feel safer on liviathen than that tbh

No... it's the vertical loop. First one on a Dive Coaster before. There has been plenty of inversions on dives but not a vertical loop before.

Irk they should either get rid of mine buster or wild beast for a way better ride that doesn't scare the shit of u while ur getting up,they stops numerous times and are extremely bumpy but there are still people who like them
For those who haven’t been on a B&M dive before, the first drop is amazing! The feeling of the 90 degree drop gives you the thrills!
Do you have any tips for people who are new to coasters? The only one I went on was Time Warp and that is because I chickened out. I didn't really feel safe on Time Warp though.
Samantha JellyCat My brother used to be scared of rollercoasters. I told him to try Behemoth with me. He did, and he has loved rollercoasters ever since. Everyone is different though. I say try behemoth, since it has no loops and it’s not as tall as Leviathan.
Even though I have ridden every coaster in the park, I still feel unsafe on time warp. It’s a horrid experience in the lying down cage thing. I feel safer on liviathen than that tbh

Canada's Wonderland is vortex getting a new theme? It doesn’t fit that area well, and its trains don’t match Vortex’s theme.

Patrick Isa tallest dive coaster model. i know someone already said that but yeah. also not a waste of money considering it breaks many dive coaster records and cw has so many trash coasters in their lineup so this is good.
