What you want is affordable junior college, not ones that compromise academic standards. You will end up spending more (tutors and translators) because America English is unlike anything out there. Things are getting computerized and most service automated and that is a nightmare for anybody speaking African as they call our language. Good luck.
Sorry, but if one cannot pass the basic English Proficiency Test, which is required for college entry in USA, one has not business going to college in the USA.
