In my opinion, as a practicing structural engineer, it has to do with the value of structural engineering as it has evolved in the industry. Many manager have chosen to charge minimum fees to get more clients and that was the case at my previous firm. Somehow, it has not been valued as much for each required item on a proposal for a project. We have to start fighting back and charge higher and be willing to take the heat from clients when real engineering is required rather than give into their demands so easily. We are too nice and provide them with a lot of heavy calculations and detailed drawings we have put too many overtime hours to put together that a lot of the time value gets lost and not appreciated or actually paid. Some work requires more engineering than others. We need to start enforcing consultations before work is started and what those consultations entail (to what extent are we hired to do the work?).

Is mtech from a central government University other than IIT is worth or not
Apart from IITs, a few NITs such as warangal and Trichy are good options. It also depends upon a particular branch and the career you want after MTECH
Not worthy in central university of Haryana. Structural engineering
Is it worth to take Indian engineering service after having Mtech in transportation engineering
Not clear voice
Switch on subtitles, it will help to a good extent. Next time we will make sure that we have crystal clear audio :)

Can we take M.tech in Structural Engg after completing B.tech in mechanical Engg ?
I think You have to give Gate Civil...
No
Very bad voice quality for a podcast
What is your package sir??
For becoming successful structural engineer which softwares should I learn?
First of go through SFD BMD and deflection
Is codes
Manual concepts
Then go Auto cad Staad pro/ etabs
