The movie made me fall in love with New England when I was a teenager growing up in another country. It just so happened that that I ended up settling in New Hampshire. The “Parish shoe factory” in North Berwick, ME is only 15 miles from my current home. I’ll probably take a drive there one day.

I’m from India 🇮🇳 Definitely One day I visit this place to see my childhood best movie location ❤
FYI: "Just to set the record straight": The woolen mill is not in North Berwick, N H, but in North Berwick, Maine and is situated on Great Works River.....many set trees were added around the mill to block surrounding homes and to give it a more country look. The mill today looks similar, but has been converted into condo type apartments. Before it was converted, a company owned it that made trade show exhibit booths. I owned a security business that watched over the property and building. I use to live in North Berwick, Maine and it closely borders NH, but is not in NH. Other segments of the movie were also filmed in Kennebunk, Maine as well!

Another childhood favorite of mine for years I wondered what was the story of that house cuz no matter what website I go on I can never find any information thanks for clearing that up.
It was a little tough to uncover but I was very excited to go and visit. It feels familiar when you go there...
Excellent work, it’s amazing how you were able to find these locations all these years later. P.S. You should of brought some dice along and rolled a Five and an Eight on the spot where the Parrish house was and maybe we would gotten Robin Williams back.
I’m such a huge Robin Williams fan, I was delighted to find out so much of Jumanji was filmed where I live! If I make it to New Hampshire, ill track down the Parrish Shoes sign 👏

I moved to Vancouver from Toronto area just over a year ago and I’m loving it! I don’t remember the animated series very well but sounds cool!

The city was Keene New Hampshire for most of the filming and the House exterior was built on Balfour St in Vancouver BC ☺️
