Hello, We have sane boiler hot water works just heating only works when set to max by holding reset button in other words not when on ECO mode. What it could be in your opinion? Thanks in advance
Thanks for the video I was able to fix my boiler. The speed control wire was loose and the stopper open, I've had this boiler for 6 months and only checked and seen this H09 error today. I'm wondering what consequences this would have had with the connection loose? Would there be efficiency loss, pump wear or heating issues? I just decided to have a look tonight to lower the hot water temp on the boiler and that's when I saw the error code. Havnt noticed any poor heating but am worried the pump may have been damaged if it has been running constantly. Thanks & subscribed for the explanation & great video
Ridiculous and over engineered product in the great German tradition of f*****g up a perfectly decent boiler. They don't break down too often but everything about the design and build is difficult to work on. Can't stand working on them.

How long does the heating work for? and did you say the hot water is working fine

With this type of fault, we replaced the pump and pcb.
