Customer called to say their boiler wasn’t working for heating or hot water and that it sounds like a washing machine…
EA for a Worcester boiler is ignition lockout and combined with the noise the customer was hearing id suspect a blocked condense..
On arrival I see a Worcester Bosch 30i erp sat on the wall flashing EA 229 as described by the customer previously…
Reset the boiler and the washing machine machine noise is extremely loud, the only thing I can do is whip the case off and take a closer look…
