My opinion is that this is the best hymn ever written. Contains in words the whole gospel and a great reminder that through Christ our chains are gone.
I went looking for a good and upbeat version of this hymn that I hadn’t heard in years but I was singing in my head, and I found this! Can you please record more hymns in this fashion? I want an album! I have plenty of great modern worship music to choose from, but not modern, upbeat and talented versions of the old, powerful hymns. I yearn for them and I’m only 40. My 17 y/o likes them, too, but our church only does recent worship music not old hymns with the original melodies and harmonies. I can still hear my parents and grandparents and the old timers’ voices when I remember the hymns. Their lyrics are SO powerful and poetic. It’s often parts of Scripture. Please, please, please record more great arrangements and be even more upbeat!! :) I hope you can make a whole album with lyric videos. Thank you for making and sharing this!!!!

I really would love to include it in my Aunt's slideshow I am making for her Memorial Service as it is her favorite hymn and I love how these guys do such a wonderful up tempo with it-it would go perfectly with the other songs I am including!
