Can you get take down deals from on the market? And use re-list them after you close and clean the property out? Or do you think this strategy wouldn’t be as effective that way? I ask because i get most of my deals from agents and on the MLS. Thank you Jerry!
Not usually unless you buy it significantly lower that the list price. For example, it’s listed for $350k, you take it down for $210k then re-sell it for $300k
