If your wholesaling and your not buying the property yourself would you need to ask your Buyer if he wants a purchasing agent first? the Commission comes out of the sale price what if the buyer wants that extra 2-3%? this is regarding the double dip method.

The agent did find out in this deal. It doesn’t matter. You have the right to assign the contract. Has nothing to do with the agent. They get paid either way

Some flippers buy at 75% of arv less repairs, which is about 10-12% but it depends on the flippers financing
