    Misti doi is an essential item of Bengal. Misti doi is a must. Function,celebration is incomplete without misti doi. Seeing misti doi waters the mouth. Specialised skill is needed to make misti doi.

    Today I tried mishti doi on watching your recipe, first everything was ok, I kept it at warm place then after 6 hours I checked, it looks like the the curd is spoiled, I tasted it taste sour,, I want to ask what mistake did I made?? Pls answer

    please make one video about how old ingredients are substituted with new ingredients, like citric acid/vinegar are new ingredients and old ingredients were imli, green mango, lime, kokam etc. sugar is new ingredient and old ingredient was khadi sakar. like this many other substitutions have taken place. please share your knowledge.

    सर बहुत अच्छा लगा। लेकिन यही रेसिपी गुड़ के साथ क्या इसी तरह बनायें? और शुगर फ्री पाउडर से कैसे बनायें? उसे कितना यूज़ करें??
