आपने मुझे बचपन की याद दिला दी, मेरे स्वर्गीय पिताश्री ऐसे ही कपड़े में दही बांधकर लटका देते थे और पानी निकलने के बाद भगोनी पर कपड़ा बांध कर उस दही को शकर मिलाकर फेंट देते थे। श्रीखंड में केसर के साथ इलायची पाउडर, जायफल और चारोली (चिरोंजी) डालते थे

Homemade is more healthy and hygienic because we make it with a lot of love and know what we are adding to the dish .Shrikhand is my favourite and from now on I'll make it at home.

लोग आलसी हो चले हैं बाजार से बनाया चक्का ले आते हैं जोकि खट्टा हो चुका होता है. घर पर दूध जमा कर टाइमिंग का बहुत ध्यान रखना पडता है ताकि दही खट्टा न हो बस यही मजा है श्रीखंड का (जहां खट्टा हुआ मजा खतम) श्रीखंड की "श्री" तभी रहेगी जब वह खट्टा न रहे.
आप गलत तरीके से श्रीखंड बना रहे हैं इसी में आप शक्कर मिक्स करके दो घंटे रखने के बाद फिर कपड़े से छाने
