I upgraded from 40mm Apple Watch SE One gps + cellular to Apple Watch SE Two 44mm gps + cellular and an Apple Watch Series 9 45mm gps + cellular and I don’t regret it.
Depends if you want to always carry your phone. Myself, I like the cellular as I can still receive messages and notifications and I can leave my phone at home.
