This is a Toyota Land cruiser but she'd probably still like it :-) yeah it's not fast and it's not the best off-road but it is fun just for low speed bombing around and it certainly looks good. Thanks for watching!
I would kill it with fire! But I'm also building a Vanquish VRD Carbon right not I will be into it for at least $1200 when it is done. Those tiny crawlers are def cool. Heading up to the hobby shop now to get a servo and another Axial AX24. I'll take 4 wheel steer for under $200 any day.
Yeah it's definitely not a serious crawler or a serious basher but for looking good well just bombing around at low speed in the backyard kind of fun :-)
Yeah definitely something you could have fun adding details too. It's certainly not a serious basher or serious rock crawler. It doesn't handle super well at low speed but it's also slow enough that you can just hammer down and have fun driving around.
Yeah I wasn't totally sure what to use. There are a lot of different things you can use depending on what type of fog machine it is but I figured I'd leave that to whoever wins it.
Sounds like fun. Thanks for entering though this thing doesn't do the best at low speed. It's got a bit of a funny startup transition. Could be a good challenge though :-)
just getting into the hobby, this one comes to mind, but the downside for me on this one is the suspension, can you provide a suggestion for a cheap capable crawler for around
Less than a hundred bucks could be a tough one. For that kind of price you're probably going to be left looking on Facebook marketplace for something like a used redcat
@@DoRC hey man thanks for the reply, I don't live in the US/UK, I'm from Southeast Asia so some brands would be harder to get, I'm currently looking for Axial SCX24 and Traxxas trx4m is the price here is quite bloated to around $200+. Do you think chinese brands are just pure trash? 200 is quite steep for me as I'm still trying to look if RC is for me, cant also still decide if I should go crawler or drift since we don't have courses near my area. I'm looking for 1/24 as I could probably create a DIY course in my garage. Again Thank you for the reply.
@@MoonVRGamer not all of them are. Check out my FMS review. The two vehicles in there are actually pretty good. I don't have a huge amount of crawler experience but they handled everything I did well and seem to run pretty well.
@@DoRC the low down modulation. We are starting to see a lot of cross over between toy grade and hobby grade stuff, I guess this sits in the middle somewhere and is ok as a kids trail truck
@Luke-en2tk hmm. Gotcha. Yeah honestly I never really tried going super slow with it. It's slow enough that you're kind of going full throttle or nothing most of the time. I don't think this would be a serious rock crawler or anything like that. It's really just for slow speed bombing around and looking good.
My name is Josh and I am in a rehab in Clifton springs New York and I can really use something for indoors since we can't go outside while I am here I have been here for 3 months and I'll be here another 3 months since it's a 6-month program and I can make an indoor crawling course out of cardboard boxers which will help me with activities since we have none in here except for groups thank you and I love
Looks fun (and silly)! I’d give it to my mom for valentines day as she’s a huge fan of land rovers.

Thanks for the awesome review. My 5-year-old would love this. 😁
Glad you enjoyed and thanks for entering :-)
Thanks for the review! They have a 4Runner also I think.
I'll check it out!
Excellent detailed review! Good looking little Fj40
Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching!
I wanted to see the smoke function. It uses liquid glycerine or propylene glycol for the smoke. Vape juice.
Yeah I couldn't figure out how to get the liquid into it though. It's kind of buried under the back of the roof
I’d have you give it to Reyez.
Sounds good thanks for watching :-)
Nice I got the German one and I use baby oil for the smoke. Air tool oil floats in the air the best tho
That's cool. How did you get the oil in the reservoir?

Thanks for the review. I would probably play with it with my 2 year old grand nephew. He is really into trucks already. Keep up the good work.
Glad you enjoyed and thanks for watching!
I think it needs a scale driver and we got to tint all the back windows, then a roof rack and we are set!

It is similar to Toyota. Some will eanted for collection
Yes it's a Toyota FJ40 Land cruiser
Thanks for detail review!
Yeah it's definitely something different!
Yeah I thought it was kind of odd that you use baby oil for the smoke machine.. I've seen others where it's just water and it makes a mist..🤟
Yeah I wasn't totally sure what to use. There are a lot of different things you can use depending on what type of fog machine it is but I figured I'd leave that to whoever wins it.
I think my son would really like it.
Awesome! I'll be doing the giveaway really soon.
@@DoRC well thank you, but the biggest gift for us are your videos. I am a beginner hobbyist and your channel gave me so much. Learned a lot from you.
I’d give it to friends nephew 😃
Awesome thanks for entering. Given that there doesn't seem to be very much interest in this video you've got a good chance of winning :-)
I would crawl in my custom lego course or for my yt channel
Sounds like fun. Thanks for entering though this thing doesn't do the best at low speed. It's got a bit of a funny startup transition. Could be a good challenge though :-)
If I win, I will use it as a crawler in the yard, just like you lol

Thank you :-)
That's awesome, very kool
I think so too :-)
Metal differential?
I doubt it.
Looks good runs terrible, watched the Tomley RC review earlier. I do enjoy your tear downs though 👍
Not sure what you mean by runs terrible. It's slow but I don't really think it's supposed to be fast. What happened in his video?

Looks like you can use this to make your own Wheelie Yellow videos
I'm not sure what that is
@@DoRC funny little you tube videos with yellow puppet and rc van
@SkyP1e I'll have to check it out.

Hi Billy :-)
Great video

Hobby grade?
Maybe though I don't think you would have a good time trying to find spare parts for it.

Stay strong man. We do recover!
Thank you so much actually means a lot to me to hear that thank you again
You're welcome and I'll be doing the drawing soon :-)
Top speed?
I didn't check maybe 2 miles an hour.
I would like to ace Ventura replica
Sounds like fun!
I first
Yep!
