And what a shame it is thatt US taxpayers are funding the horrors against those children!!! Crazy times to be alive for 💔 Being childfree makes it a little less painful for sure
@@JSM-bb80u I can only imagine. Each year seems to prove worse than the one previous. I don’t want to even think about what even 5+ years will look like.
Agreed! It's the main reason that I've decided to be child free. I don't think most of my peers are considering the future of the climate. I don't want to bring a child into the world only to have to deal with cold winters, dry and smoky summers and any other climate disasters that may happen in the future. I believe it wouldn't be fair to children because they wouldn't be able to have the same kind of childhood that a lot of us had in earlier eras.
@@NoKidsNoProblem I always think about wild fires in this scenario. Some people get a knock on their door and have to leave that very instant. I can’t imagine trying to round up children following hearing news like that.
As someone who’s been battling with flu for 2 weeks straight with no end in sight coz the Aussie winter this time is bloody brutal, I would’ve struggled exponentially if I had kids to attend to We faced an equally brutal heatwave with a power outage earlier this year so packed up our bags our dog and went to my mother in laws house for the long weekend where there was power aircon and comfort
I´ve been watching the news and so many places are experiencing extreme weather like in the US, Europe, China, etc. The floods in China are really devastating. They have droughts killing crops too. I´m just really sad to hear that many lives are lost, traumatized and homes are destroyed in the blink of an eye. Cannot imagine the pain families go through when they lose their family members, especially children, and assets. There´s no way the climate change can be slowed down fast enough to reduce more tragedies. Furthermore, the threats of potential war makes me glad that I don´t want and don´t have kids. The children of today will suffer more than we already are now. Just depressing.
@@AHKDM It’s so incredibly hard watching all of this go down in real time knowing we could have easily prevented all of this yet humanities selfishness chose other wise. Now it’s catching up to us faster and faster each year. 😖
I was wondering what the deal was. Glad you are OK. On another note, YES. When I go out with my nieces, it's an ordeal. I cannot imagine during something like a tornado, earthquake etc.

Can't imagine the anxiety of having children in war-torn countries.

Especially ones that have been for years and you still choose to get pregnant. Wild af
With increasing global warming and climate change it's going to be much harder for parents.

agreed it's a huge reason i'm childfree, i can't believe more people don't take this into consideration before having kids

There is no sucky situation that could be made better by having kids. It will always suck more. 😅
I cannnot imagine being married with children. I get to put myself first above anyone and have freedom.
Having kids can be deadly. The time it takes to get the kids out of the house during a natural disaster without hassle can cost one their life.

What are you on about…., children are fantastic.. for your personal growth…, but yeah.. don’t have children if you’re not adult
