- Start walking and work on your health with this Walk and Toning Workout. All of the exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints and can be easily followed along at home. You only need little space and no special equipment is required to follow this one along.
This workout includes a warm up and cool down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.

My first time doing this today. I used 2kg weights because that’s all I own, thinking it would be ok, WRONG lol, currently about to order some 1kg weights and silently dreading waking up tomorrow to fresh pain 😅 very good workout tho I enjoyed it. Thank you ❤
