These vegan Chongqing noodles look incredibly delicious and Im loving the spice level! Come see how amazing vegan food can be in China, you wont be disappointed.
What a fantastic video! Editing is amazing. Also my first time eating Sichuan cuisine, I handled the spice with gin and tonics.. peanut milk seems like a much better call 😅
@@veganinchina there is a huge source of vegan food that may be hidden in plain site... remeber there are a vast number of buddahist temples, all monks are vegan, there got to be vast veg food in those temples that you can explore.... i am watching a china vlog trying veg food in wu-tai mountain temple.. all those have mostly been ignored unknown to outside world!!!

It's been 5 years and I'm still discovering new dishes every day. China really is a vegan paradise (although knowing some of the language helps!)
Love your videos! I'm not sure I could handle the spice of the noodles, but the peanut milk sounds so good!
Thank you! The noodles from the mushroom hot pot I recently posted might be more up your alley then!
