To be honest, it's highly depends if the video you uploaded is very rare, like it's not done multiple times in several channel's. If the video is like that, you'll get a decent CPM. For example my channel I base on Entertainment, and sometimes my CPM is above 4 dollars 😯.

The RPM is the final “rate” you receive. While 1,600 is the “amount” received. The CPM is the rate before RUclips takes their own share.
