I watched this from the stance of a Talent Manager and I can tell you I learned a lot, Don Jazzy is just one man with structures that works in grooming young talents and the creative industry in Africa. I look forward to working with him some day, he needs to release and impart some of this wisdom to me tbvh😅 Trust me to come back here to watch this video because I realized again that the value in it is a lot, thank you so much Fisayo for bringing Jazzy on the show!
Having watched Fisayo grow in his craft, Omo, he is now a world-class host/interviewer. Every question is well thought out. Kudos. And Don Jazzy is ever-dropping gems.

Don Jazzy is just an amazing soul and awesome human being. There's just so much to learn from him. God bless him for being so dedicated to lifting others and building the ecosystem. He just looks like he's always having fun. I admire that.

The fact that you have to remind yourself of the need to be honest when speaking about Nigeria reveals a lot about the malicious falsehoods and propaganda being peddled against Nigeria and Nigerians by the Ghanaian media and “gatekeepers.” Those guys just want to bring us down for no reason. Kudos for keeping an open mind
@@Damian-rt3rt you just spoke my mind and the reality... Ghana just love raising unnecessary shoulders with Nigerians ... Dem no know their mate at all
I’m surprised and kind of shocked, that no where in this interview is Dbanj’s name mentioned, Don jazzy’s name came into our consciousness because of Dbanj. His constant hollering of ‘it’s Don Jazzy again’ !!on songs was what made people l know Don jazzy and this is before this age of social media. How you didn’t ask Don jazzy about his relationship with Dbanj beats me, I think the history of Don jazzy can’t be complete without Dbanj IMHO
I get you, but the focus of this interview is “Don Jazzy as a leader and talent manager.” He and D’Banj were peers and colleagues(equals). He was not D’Banj’s boss, so it wouldn’t fit exactly into the theme of interview. Also, Fisayo was not gossipy in his line of questioning; he was very focused on the theme of the interview.
Such an amazing interview. Don Jazzy is a big inspiration in the african music industry for guys like me who want to enter this tough industry. His advice at the end was very encouraging. I hope to one day follow his footsteps.
Another Stricking observation is fisayo's humility, you can tell how humble he is, in don jazzy's presence... You can feel the respect he has for him through his countenance....

Fisayo is just so amazing! 🥺
Don jazzy has a big vision and he acts with the bigger picture in mind...a true legend.... thanks for bringing this to us...
I love how Don Jazzy has decided to grant interviews these days.
It's part of the marketing now... if you don't offer interviews your brand will die.
