Your bangs are absolutely great. They frame your face, make you look younger and more open. The colour of your hair adds to the whole beautiful, new look. If you think your bangs have to be styled and have things done to them, nope, you are wrong, but as my mom says, "You can be wrong!" Also wanted to congratulate you on how far your cooking skills have come since I first started to watch you (at the beginning of this channel).

Unsolicited stuff: Don't use the tree mulch anywhere you want tender plants to grow. They work around already established perennials, but not annuals. There are things in the sap and whatnot that kill plants, to create a natural weed block for the tree as it is growing. Hope this helps!

Good point! Although tree mulch helped my tree, perennials (as you said) and annual violas and petunias. So maybe it depends on the annual.

Yep I'm a victim of that too. Was working in a department store as a cashier and a guy came up to me and asked me when I was due. I told him I was pregnant with triplets and I was due in about 4 months. He asked me what I was going to name them and I asked him if he knew the show charmed. He said I kind of remember that show I said yeah I'm going to name the babies after them because I'm into that whole witchcraft kind of stuff and when people are kind of rude I like to put like little spells on them you know. I kind of dabble in that. I then said I'm not expecting any babies but disappointed you think I am. He left quickly. No I'm not into witch craft lol
A couple of years ago a older man asked me how for along I was, I told him 26weeks. My coworker ask me later why I didn’t tell the client I wasn’t pregnant. It would of been awkward for him and me, and I was never going to see him so why would I do that. 😅

You inspired me 2 years ago to start working out again. After losing my Dad & brother unexpectedly, i turned to food for comfort. But you came up on my feed and i was so inspired by you. Just putting it all out there. I thought i can try at least. So thank you!!! Just moving my body a little everyday helped with the grief and depression. I'm so thankful to have found you.

It's about body composition. She went from not working out at all to regular workouts with weightlifting. So she might still weigh the same or even more, but more of that weight comes from muscle now, which is denser than fat

Cutting out added sugars has the same effect on my appetite too. As soon as I eat something processed and sugary I become ravenous and it takes a few days to return back to normal. Every now and then it’s worth it but I can definitely see why people get off track and stay off track.
You are inspiring me to kick the sugar habit again. I keep putting it off and procrastinating but I definitely need to do it. Like you, I felt fabulous when I did it before and lost weight and didn’t obsess about food all the time. My goal is to start tomorrow a.m. you are the inspiration and the kick in the pants that I need.

You inspired me to try out a workout onesie with your comment about not having to readjust your clothes during your workout. I HATE having to constantly hike my pants up. It looks great on you! Seeing your confidence while wearing it makes me want to give a hard kick to my negative body thoughts about how I should look in a onesie.
onesies are a game changer, you really made them look cute and functional! They also look really different to each other, your first one was really nice, but then your second one looked more well made and it really hugged the chest etc, perfect for supporting a workout! Go Bea!!

Yes cutting sugar is definitely a game changer, it also helps with mood swings! Also, only put trees with needles somewhere you want to have acidic soil (for fruits and veggies that taste a little bit acidic, aka blueberry, rasberry, tomatoes etc). Leaf mulch for alcalic, needles for acidic soil. Some plants only like one or the other

Finding workout clothes you don't have to fight with is such a great little way to make exercising not suck. The amount of frustration that I used to have from stopping mid-pilates to put my boob away finally convinced me to splurge on some real athletic wear, it was a GAME-CHANGER!
