    空氣炸鍋烤排骨
    食材:
    排骨:2100克 (4.6磅)
    老抽:1茶匙
    生抽:3湯匙
    葡萄酒:2湯匙
    蜂蜜:2湯匙
    醋:1茶匙
    紅糖:3-4湯匙
    辣椒面:1 湯匙
    蒜粉:3湯匙
    蒜鹽:5茶匙
    雞湯:2-3湯匙
    蠔油:1湯匙

    Air Fryer Baked Short Ribs
    Ingredients:
    Ribs: 2100 grams (4.6 lbs)
    Dark soy sauce: 1tsp
    Light soy sauce: 3tbsp
    Wine: 2tbsp
    Honey: 2tbsp
    Vinegar: 1tsp
    Brown sugar: 3-4 tbsp
    Chili powder: 1tbsp
    Garlic powder: 3tbsp
    Garlic salt: 5tsp
    Chicken broth: 2-3tbsp
    Oyster sauce: 1tbsp
    Wash the ribs in salty water, rinse it with cold water. Dry it with paper towel. Mix the seasonings listed above in a bowl. Marinate rib using the mixed seasoning in the refrigerator for a night or a day, or more than 2hrs . Preheat the air fryer to 330F (165C), put 1 cup of water into the bottom of the air fryer, wrap the ribs with aluminum foil, bake the rib for an hour. Open the aluminum foil, brush honey on the rib, then bake in the air fryer at 400°F (204°C) for 5 mins.
