You’re right regarding the top gear test track, it’s due to be built on by developers. There’s been years of planning arguments.
My dad used to run covent garden in the mid to late 60s when I were but a lad of five. Drove for a local company called Banbury's from Yeovil in Somerset. We lived opposite the warehouse so work was across the the road! Loved my time with the guys there,I used to help out a bit and go get the tomato's from the local grower in a BMC flatbed with the little windows down by your feet,id sit down there and watch the road go by. Keep on trucking for those of us can't anymore. Drive safe!

I watched a lot of RUclips I love the UK never been fascinated with the Anglia Blackpool, London, Wales, the whole UK I love it anyways thanks for your hard work. Love all the lorries as you guys call them, Scania is my favorite truck. My favorite truck in the states is Peterbilt thank you my friend subscriber for life.🙏💯🇺🇸🦺
I can also tell you that it is possible to "sneak" through the Blackwell Tunnel, with an over height trailer (higher that the displayed limit)...it's a little bit cheek clenching the first time that you do it!!
But ...back in the day, we used to use it. and then claim the charge back for going over the bridge on our expenses...ah...those were the days!
Scott, they have been promising Hydrogen as a fuel in the next year or two since I was at school, and i'm now 75. Nice video btw.

If you put the bottom pallets in your pallet carrier upside down, then normal, and the same on top, you’ll fit a load more in them carriers 👍🏼
Done a lot of fruit and veg airfreight collections around Heathrow. Many industrial estates are really not brilliant in an artic. I also don't miss collecting from the chaos of Covent garden market.

London is frightening if you end up going the wrong way. You were very composed, I was a fairly fresh driver when I did it and going over Westminster Bridge past the Houses of Parliament wasn’t a good time 😂

I recognised the place near Heathrow Airport you had to do a trailer swap. You went past Tescos Hayes. I'm a van courier, and that has been a regular perch between jobs. And a nip into Tesco for a slash and a sandwich 🥪

A great video in London Central, part of my stamping ground. At night you are only allowed on certain routes due to the London Lorry Ban Scheme. Your bosses should have dedicated routes set up and authorised otherwise they may get fined.
