@@paulmayle4374 that's cool. But I live in the US, and in my area the 2 most popular types of music is "kuntry" (country) and beach music. I love folk, beach, R&B and oldies .

They are in the USA too just in smaller venues. They aren't as marketed as they used to be. Folk-rock is the closest thing that has been marketed.
AP and Sam need to do a collaboration album. They are MAGIC together!
He reminds me of Ron Hynes of Newfoundland and Labrador. He was known as the man of a thousand songs!

AP has an extraordinary and very distinctive voice. The little laugh when he sings “I'm on Fire” because he made a small mistake while playing the guitar makes him absolutely likeable.
I’ve said this prior… This Stones Cover Jam… is one of the best battles ever on this show… I wish they had made this cover in full length or even extended cut… I didn’t want it to end… This is so sweet to the Soul, Ears, and Mind… Their both so extremely talented… Love them both…

I say it over and over and over again; we need more VARIETY, in modern day pop, as we had back in the 70s and 80s. Today it's rap or hip-hop or a combination of the two, and THAT IS IT, and HAS BEEN IT, FOR FAR TOO LONG NOW! So I 100% agree with where this fellow is coming from.

AP represents exactly what is currently missing : simplicity. So many new songs are too wordy.
Songs are not too wordy, they are full of bs words without meaning, search for colter wall, hes amazing with alot of words

AP is a folk singer and the music and songs chosen for him were not a folk singers style. To be honest the terrible Gold on the ceiling was not appropriate but a pathetic song choice. I couldn't imagine Bob Dylan or any folk singer even attempting it. In no way did it show off AP's excellent style.

I love folk and what I call hippie music. But to me he's trying to mimic Bob Dylan, not trying to just be himself. I don't like impersonators.
