My issue with this as a clan leader -- i do not have hours every week to coordinate with my clan and set defenses for everyone, etc. Between this, Hydra, DT, Sintranos, this game is becoming a time sink like a second job. I think this has the potential to run more players off if they do not reduce the time required in other areas.
Yeah. I already feel burned out harassing people to get on Hydra and tracking participation/performance there. More PvP stuff, that looks really involved... I don't know how that's going to go. I don't know if I'll be able (want) to manage it... I don't love PvP in p2w gacha's in the first place, and I'm definitely not the only person in my clan that isn't really involved in live arena, etc.
If you have a super active endgame clan where multiple people are willing to take responsibility for stuff on their own, it's not an issue. But for anything where member participation isn't there... I don't know. Will see how it goes, I guess. I'm not optimistic, but maybe that's just my intrinsic dislike of change.
The City, now with saved teams from pervious runs, is just a few clicks, which is nice. Hydra definitely us a huge time push, but I only use Auto teams now which helps. I watch a movie and start, 2 hours later check and accept. DT auto runs.

Why do so many neckbeards not understand that everything they do is based off WHAT THE DATA SHOWS. Its all algorithms now. They arent taking shots at rolling the dice. They run off concrete evidence of what engages players.

As a clan leader this is going to be a pain in the ass to manage. And as you pointed out, the delta between winning and loosing clans will be massive in no time
Dude some clans don't even care about cvc, it focuses in hydra, you can choose whether your clan wanna participate or not

Plarium has fucked me over with this bullshit for the last several fusions. I finally wised up. Don't pull unless there's something good going on.
Pulled 4 of mine before I thought to look at RUclips. A ton of people did. Just cause these haters thought of it first, don’t feel bad. Put the hate on Plarium not each other. I got my first tomb lord so that’s cool I guess.

Kinda surprised to see so many comments about people having pulled their sacreds like they didnt expect this. The last time Raid had a weekend without summoning events COVID didn't exist yet.

Yeah, it always gets old. I'm glad I broke from the game months ago. Ever since I've been playing Watcher Of Realms. It's actually sick and wild. A lot less waiting too thankfully.

@@skelton4795 It just depends differently on the player to be honest. There is a large chunk of them that overhyped themselves, just to fall under disappointment. And then there are those who have played a lot longer who become skeptical for fair reasons.

Plarium always wastes their load. And this player base, a lot of these players in the community keep spreading their cheeks wide open for Plarium to stick it into them. Wake up and come join me and play some Watcher of Realms. Your wallet will thank you later.

This seems like a separate game altogether. RAID was already a full time job, now with siege its going to be like working two jobs.
Have pulled my ancients today (2 leggys within my 150 nice one for my video), fortunately no Voids or Sacreds. But would have loved the chance of an increased chance for Duchess. The timing really sucks...

It seems to celebrate really strong clans. A bunch of friends might have a problem trying to maintain this, and have a viable clan going forward.
I got Firrol so....Im not complaining. Pulled 100 ancients and 3 sacreds. No legendaries from the Sacreds and Firrol was my one legenary and was one of my most wanted. I will select Duchess for my remaining 50.
I am a F2P player, granted I've played for years so still have some decent stuff.. But I cant compete in Platinum, I dont like pushing in tag Arena past silver 2, I try to avoid Live arena (but those darn bonuses...*sigh*) ... This is just another pvp hell where P2W will rule supreme. Especially as there is a penalty to the loses, in the terms of having to repair buildings.. Surely the loss of not gaining resourses vs a team that beat you ought to be enough ? ... As a F2P player, I am also in a relatively small Clan, we battle in Tier I or II of CvC atm, and win maybe 1 in 3 or so, maybe 2/5... Its going to be hard for us to have enough ppl participate in this, and if they do - arguably questionable pvp teams, as we arent hardcore players either.. I personally thing this mode looks awesome, but will be hell for f2p vs p2w. Oh and yes, poor Clan leaders - in the clans that actually talk, we have a few lines in our chat each week. Which I emagine a fair amount of clans has, so there will be 0 coordinating, and it'll be first come first serve - for better or worse.
Time will tell, but I do not have high hopes for Seige.. Despite the fact that it does indeed look awesome.

Excuse my language but this fucks me off so much. Literally they release the fusion event and I'm pretty sure this announcement came out after the summon event was already live for a while.
I pulled my 6 sacreds + a few other shards to get the fusion fragments and got a dupe gurpuk, fine not that great. But it's more the principle that they do this with next to no transparency.
Constant FOMO and second guessing if it's ever worth pulling shards, pulling souls etc. It wouldn't surprise me if they throw in a better souls event after draining everyone of souls
Changed my mind.. I’m going after the guarantee champ to chase duchess. Probably exactly why they are doing it too. Numbers are too low so they have to boost them and boost they did!
Thankfully I pulled my first duchess today after opening 2 sacred shards otherwise would of been annoyed seeing the 15x for her

I did pull early and got my third Pixniel. Oh well. I'm only mildly annoyed because with the exception of Elwa, I got the important ones from the x25. But still it's a bit dodgy from Plarium to announce this a couple of hours late.
from what im starting to understand, wait until the last day of summon rush or the last day of a special shard event in case stuff like this pops off
Every time they do a Champion Chase or a Summon Event it always starts the day before some sort of progressive event. They've done it so often, at this point if you pull your shards on the first day, that's on you.
Since it was a holiday, I didn't Discord yesterday, so didn't see your warning. Of course I pulled 150 ancients yesterday!!

This looks very extensive and gonna take a long time to setup. I’m definitely intrigued but not everyone is gonna be down with this. I always wait till the second day to pull shards on summon rush because I’ve seen to many CCs pull and miss the events lol.

I just saw MTGJedi's video where he said there is a progressive so don't pull but he could not show the champs involved because of an embargo. Then I saw yours. Glad I didn't pull.

Sad there aren’t any good epics, but I’m probably gonna go for Duchess + Sepulcher.
I'd recommend Mausoleum Mage over Sepulcher if you need a debuff cleanser. Duchess is queen, but she's no cleanser.

This looks too complicated for my liking. They better add some qol to give players time to be able to participate in this. Need more than just super raids to get back the time
Hopefully this comes alongside a change to hydra that significantly reduces the time sink in game. Personally I’m stoked for clan siege, but I can tell most others are not up for some additional time in game every week.
I pulled sacreds 4 shards. Wanted to pull all 6 but something was telling me to not pull the other 2 yet. Then, this video comes out
I think this is what the champs with faction specific skills are for like the Orc who hates high elf's etc
I personally find the boosted events great. On 10 sacreds I pulled my first Gnut which was just awesome (also pulled a 2nd Lyssandra & my first fat man) Best CC raid has, keep up the good work, love your content & attitude.

We know it is a long term mode - the new "free" void leggo is at the end of the reward track for Siege.
Yeah, and she's mainly just going to be for Hydra and live arena primarily by most players and CC's.
Winning and losing only dictates how challenging future events will be for you clan. Winning puts you against more powerful teams. Losing puts you against less powerful teams. It’s not a thing where you will fall behind and can’t beat anybody because they are too far ahead.

As always… I came here after pulling my sacred’s… pulled 6, got 2 legos, first was Altan, which is disappointing… but 2nd was Teodor… so I’m cool with that, plus, I already have 2 Duchess’s

This turns Raid into a true MMO where you really need to dedicate to 1 clan and invest your gaming time into Raid to win
Of course I find a video with this title that released an hour after pulling all of my shards...
Keep cool and be patient, try to relax with your shards. At least for now on. That's what I do.
I already don't have time to pursue this game fully, and now there's more shit that will be required by clans and probably on a very inconvenient timer for everyone in a different time zone or who has a job.

I checked the HH gaming site and there are no HP or Def-based bomb champions. It must be a typo in the game, or they plan to release HP/Def bomb champions unless I'm misreading it.

I was wondering how they were going to implement this considering we already spend a lot of time with everything else. They have a 2 hour timer so it would seem that it will be time manageable. I assume it will be active at different parts in the day like live arena.
it better be way more than a 2 hours timer between phases , or this game mode is stillborn.

We already have more than enough to do and get burned out at every fusion and Titan event and you want to add more pain on top of that.. Still haven’t found time to farm mino and now more time is being taken away.. How long do you expect your battles to be… You want to be locked into a clan war because what again… Rethink what you are saying..
@@Turtleshellon 2 hour timers would mean you have to spend every hour that you are awake and every hour that you are asleep in game. You call that " issue with managing time"..ok, you do you.
I expect this to be an biweekly event, so the week should be chopped up into however many phases there are.

I pulled yesterday and I busted out my first gnut.
I think I'll just wait until this is actually in the game to see how it all actually works (albeit still watching vids on it). As someone who basically fell into clan leadership by default after our last leader(s) stopped I don't especially want some big headache of a coordination job.
The in-game communication is not something I seem to see many people talking about amongst the things that need improving. Arguably it is even worse than the market - it's sh*t beyond words, in every way the most basic it could be. I guess content creators are all in big clans who have everyone ordered to be in Discords or they're kicked, but for most regular clans, getting more than a handful of clan members to join a Discord is pretty much impossible, so communication will be almost non-existent...and if there is any, Plarium will suddenly drop a game update and clear in-game chat 😂

just pulled 4 sacreds and 20 ancients. I look up refresh the page and see "DO NOT PULL SHARDS" LOL. I sent plarium feedback that its not good to do that. I think theyll listen if enough people tell them.
this has the potential to be really cool but im worried Plarium is going to ruin it with poor matchmaking. as we havent really seen anything about rewards im also concerned that incentives to participate wont be there. its going to rely on both good participation and clan member participation

It honestly almost takes me completely out of the mood to push for a fusion that is already pretty iffy for the resources is likely going to cost, banking on them releasing a powerful "hound" down the road to fully capitalize on the kit.
After 5 years I don't really expect any different, but it still catches me by surprise sometimes. A move like this is EITHER pure greed, OR just cluelessness about how to run these events in a fair manner.
Siege sounds interesting but I fully expect the rewards to be absolutely worthless because they seem to have very little idea what reward structure should look like to entice.

I pulled 60 ancient shards today... :( Why, Plarium, why!!??? Fortunately my vault was full and then I saw you video, because my idea was to go for the guaranteed lego
if wanted this to be Fun an Somewhat Fair(we can't have it be totally fair can we) they should have unlocked all champs as long as someone within the clan has pulled them. take the average power of specific champs owned i.e. 21 Duchesses owned total in Clan 105,000 power average adjusted every reset. do not start Clan Siege with 1star clans faceing any one but 1star clans , make Clan face clans in the Same Star bracket(highly doubt this will happen since they want the Higher Clans or Higher Spending clans to feel powerful and fear inspiring).
put Siege inTask to replace the Hydra task in Advance Task then never bring back bring either of them after 6months once the novelty wears off.

Minaya is great, especially now for Sintranos. She's one of my only options for heal reduction on some rotations.
Not saying she's better than Duchess or anything, but Minaya seems to get alot of sheet though, and I think she's great!
No offense of course, but I feel like people who say a champion is great for Cursed City is about the same as a champion is good for faction wars. I will give Cursed City a break, it definitely has a little bit more of a cycle going that lasts longer than faction wars. But I still find it hardly enough reason to invest in my vault champions.
@@Thugzilla90 No offense taken = ] and I sorta meant she's particularly good for Amius, because of her heals and heal reduction, at least for my account where those options are limited on my roster, and she's the best I got for some rotations.
@@mookerz1383 That's why I use Morrigaine, from Undead Horde. Plus her anti-heal is protected.
