    Phew! I picked this one because it was for all levels, and it is, but what a workout! Amazing how effective using the extra-light spring is. Please do more "all level" workouts, I find most of your workouts too difficult for me yet I still try them because I think your cueing is awesome. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

      @@JessPFit Just finished doing this workout and just as I'm about to leave a comment I see I already did. I don't remember doing this one but obviously I did! I loved it particularly because your cueing ensures that the right muscles are working, the wrong ones are turned off (many times the glutes), and my core is always active while the speed of the workout allows me to really concentrate on my form. I'm pretty sure I'll be thinking of you tomorrow because I know I'll be feeling every muscle in my body. Thank you once again for this workout.

    Great great full body workout! I love using the ring. Thanks for the constant reminder as to which muscles should be doing the work!
