  • DB Rows...You're Doing It WRONG
    --------------------------------
Rowing exercises can provide major benefits in upper body strength, and they are some of my favorite tools for improving posture. When performed correctly they can help pull the shoulder blades back into proper position, which allows the shoulder to stay aligned properly and helps to prevent or alleviate common shoulder injuries like impingement.
    --------------------------------
However, when performed incorrectly, they can lead to greater impairment in healthy shoulder function, and lose the effectiveness of building up the musculature of the back.
Follow these guidelines to prevent "over rowing" and correct your technique on any upper body pulling exercises.

Wow. It all makes sense to me now. No jokes. No one really tells you how to set-up the exercises. They say how much to eat and which supplements to get but never this content. I've subscribed because I want to do better. Excellent info. Thanks so much

I have realized most of them really don't know. They know general muscles and what they do But unless you take anatomy/kinesiology classes you can't possibly know proper form.

So very glad I found you! I'm finding that I'm doing so many things incorrectly...and taught by instructors that are Certified.
Thanks for educating the public on proper form, and why.

Wow. All this time wasted doing them wrong. When you said to bring your triceps behind your back, I felt a ton of engagement in my back. Thanks so much. my back is a weak area.

What about leg position? Should your hips be squared or does it not matter as in the video?
