To be fair to Floyd, when he was an active fighter boxing there wasn't as much money in UK boxing or other countries apart from a few fights. Boxing has only really picked up here again in the last few years. There simply wasn't enough money in boxing in the UK around that time and it's a business and a job to these guys, he wasn't going to travel for considerably less money than he could make fighting in Vegas or wherever. If Floyd was up and coming now like Spence, he would have probably come to the UK with the money available here. Different times.
