At a cookie store the owner was eyeing me but I picked up on it too late because by then my so called friend who did notice it and jumped in when he was about to say something to me and quickly said that she was a cheep date. It through the owner off and me too as I quickly in my mind, turned to look at her behind me puzzled in what, thinking to myself in what does that mean? What date? What are you talking about? Before I could get any one of those out he handed me my purchase I noticed the look on his face of like a light being turned off and so we left. She noticed he was interested and cut it off. I was paying for her and myself a desert at that time. It left me so baffled. I should’ve went back and corrected but I was also embarrassed to. Those kind of people. Don’t want you to be happy or have what they can’t have. I helped her a lot in the past because we’re no longer friends.
