The smooooooooothest vibe on this planet. I completely love this version. Chris' music makes me feel "some kind of way". Country/Southern Rock-Outlaw Country/BLUES

Loved this! I've been listening to it multiple times per day (in a row) since I first heard it a few days ago. I can't even! Lol, James Hatfield on his best day does not have shit on Chris Stapleton vocally. I've been listening to Chris Stapleton for well over 12 years. Chris can run over nearly everybody, and do it in many many different genres.
No doubt. James has his own unique sound that is Metallica, but Chris’s range is amazing.

Going to a Chris Stapleton concert in December, Marcus King Band is playing too and I am so excited. He’s got a great bluesy voice too. Also Yola is opening too, she’s fantastic.

@@EdgeOf1nsanity personally to me, I think it's good. It seems to bring back real instruments like a drums (or in this song "drum") electric guitars, theres also this chiming piano instrument (I think) that plays in the chorus.
Other then that small description about the instruments in the song, the story about this song is that the lead singer Dan Reynolds, made this song after one of his family members died of cancer. So we can experience the raw emotion in this song.
Their Album Mercury Act 1 comes out September 3rd and the lead singer said that the cutthroat side (the song you reacted to over a month ago) will be a bit more edgy as it is looking inward on the singer over the past 3 years
And the follow you side, (the song I dont think you reacted to), is about looking outward on everything. I'm guessing In a "happy go lucky" way.
Wrecked is on the cutthroat side of the album and I think you'll enjoy the song!
