- Thought I would sit down and give you guys some insight to who I am and how I got here. I know I've been showing up in Lionel's videos and now here on my own channel, but a lot of you may not know where I came from.
This video is coming out as I am racing 70.3 Oregon. Hoping for a strong showing today and getting ready for the US Open in just under a couple weeks.

I started following Lionel after he won IM FL in 2014 when he was blogging so like following the young talent. I first saw you at Chattanooga in 2022 at a smoothie shop when my 19 year daughter who was my sherpa said there are two athletic looking guys. Had no idea who you were but figured you were a young pro. It looked like you were asking Flora Duffy for her autograph and she waved off....the next day read she had COVID. You had a top 10 there if I remember right and I found your name and been keeping up with you ever since. I like your humble approach that is lace with passion....keep at it. I always tell my daughters "the harder you work the luckier you get" and it think you will get luckier as the years go by if you keep putting in the work and hanging with those hard men.

Trevor, what kind of tips do you have for a guy that got obsessed with running months ago (23y/o), but background of playing basketball since 5 y/o ? I've just watched tons of videos on threshold, zones and stuff.. An informative video one time where you teach what you have learned would be amazing! Loving the vids ! Keep it up!
