so many people dont realize that pro athletes fuel for performance (max calories on a budget) rather than long term health. so glad to see a video that doesnt pretend its expensive boujee salads. i wish more women felt comfortable putting a realistic video up

Its so sick🔥 to see your progress into being a pro athlete. From a young age killing it in track and field throughout middle school and high school. Ive witnessed you put in countless amounts of time and dedication to your sport. Most of us knew you'd be pro and was definitely hoping for it because you deserve it so much. I respect your journey so much and are always rooting for you.🔥🔥 Its Marquis Walker, I dont know if you remember me much.

I remember being able to eat like this back in high school and college when I was training 20-25 hours a week in the pool and weight training. whole pizzas, 1/2 gallon of ice cream, 2 breakfasts, soda (not sugerfree)....basically all the food. now I'm an old age group triathlete and put on weight just looking at food

People get wild about what athletes eat but they probably under fuel because their too worries about that delicious a$$ donut. Smash that sh!t and run harder!!!
The only thing I don’t agree with is the fro-yo toppings 😂. Just straight fro is the way to go.

professional athlete or not, you still need to consider the consequences of eating an abundance of saturated fat such as heart disease, atherosclerosis, stroke, etc.

Don't do the fast food idea T. Protein powder with that chocolate milk or some similar. A calorie isn't a calorie. Some are good. Some are bad and some are great!. Loving you content. Can't wait for more. You said it best too. 1000 of that was sugar. Super important to fuel the fire of a workout but empty calories for nutrition. ❤

In order to be elite you need to track everything on a consistent basis. This is just careless eating bc you "feel" great. How do you know what you feel like when you're not eating processed / refined sugars and other foods throughout the day? Eating that much and then going to sleep is 100% negatively impacting your sleep too. Whether you're on a budget or not, you can find quality foods. Do better Trevor.

Lol. Olav Aleksander Bu “everyone at the world class level struggles to get in enough calories. Any calorie is better then a healthy calorie”
Also Olav “what might be an unhealthy calorie for a sedentary person might be a healthy calorie for a top athlete”
Also… Olav… “my biggest concern is not what Kristian and Gustav eat but that they get in enough calories”
As far as your comment goes… Do better kid.
