DUDE! F'ing brilliant looking lure!
I don't know where you're from, i'm guessing the US. In central europe ,(Poland especially) they make alooot of bug-type lures. Yours looks just like one of them. That caterpillar looks damn good. Great craftsmanship, really.
I bet you'd catch tons of chub and ide on it over here.
