I loved playing Kitana in Mortal Kombat, along with Raiden, Shang Tsung, Sub Zero, Scorpion (on occasion), and Nightwolf. I played it in the arcades when I was a teenager and I am over my 40's now. :)
Silly boy. The original Kitana from Mortal kombat 2 when she made her debut in the game was a latina actress. Her name is katalin Zamiar look her up. Also, Kitana stayed latina until MK11. You must have not grow up on the original Mortal Kombat games. Talisa Soto was the perfect pick for Kitana at the time.

Mortal Kombat had only been around for 3 years prior to this movie. So the fan concept was still fairly new.
Over 3 hours of combined content for both movies, and she has less than three minutes of fight scenes. What a shame.
That second movie was such a mess they were like “just show the fans at the end hurry up” 🤣

Trust me there are other cinematic Mortal Kombat programs that feature her fighting.
You still should have worn the costume despite weight gain. Kitana’s confident. Rock it! No matter what size 🔥
