Gauss Prime has finally landed and with him we get his signature weapons and yes, the fan favorite Acceltra!
The regular version of the Acceltra has always had a spot in Tenno's hearts but ever since the ammo changes hit the Acceltra was left behind due to severe ammo constraints. Bearing that in mind a lot of Tenno were hopeful that the Acceltra Prime will fix this issue and while the Prime variant did received significant buffs, it did not receive any ammo changes.
Does that mean that the weapon is not usable? Not Exactly, let's dive deeper into the Build for the Acceltra Prime!
As per the usual we will have a new player friend build but also a endgame Veteran Steel Path Build featuring the Best mods, arcanes and buffs.

Well, they did improve the ammo economy for it, by reducing fire rate and increasing the dmg per bullet.
Not really. You will still run into the same issues as before. The damage increase is nice but DE needs to revert atleast all the AOE weapon ammo nerf by 50% minimum. Right now they are not worth using without constant (ammo pads/pizza's).
@@1EnZBosS150% is way too much, you can still recover ammo barely from mutation mods and ammo capacity, and having too much would just revert back to the AOE meta. If it was 25% maximum then it would probably be a bit fairer, or a suggestion I’d make would be increasing the chances of your specific ammo dropping by using other weapons like secondaries. That way you’re encouraged to utilise your full loadout
@@spooderderg4077Glaive type weapons have been a huge aoe weapon outlier for a long time now. Which when you think about it is completely silly. They nerfed aoe guns but left things like glaive and xoris mostly untouched (oh no, they nerfed the throw speed of glaive, woe is me)

With the Incarnons, there's no excuse to not go back and fix the explosive weapon class's ammo bullshittery they did.
Usual DE Philosophy of getting you to play the new shiny content and then powercreep it in a year.
well the problem was that aoe weapons could aoe nuke regular content, with incarnons, you will oneshot low level enemies with a single pellet making it harder to charge incarnon, so its only really good in high level content.
@Jc-go3mz Some weapons like laetum take very long to charge on low level but torid give you about 30% charge per kill on low level and without needing to do headshots...so...maybe torid might get a nerf? Probably by needing to headshot and reducing charge amount, i wonder what other incarnon guns that can charge like torid and not needing to headshot enemies
@@Eglateus Angstrum, but it's damage output is ass unless you're only playing Mag.
People did afk builds with wukong clone, the clone cannot charge the incarnon i believe
They need to either make into a battery weapon or rework the ammo pick up mods to “convert 10-30% MORE secondary/primary ammo pick up”

or release a Battery mod for exilus slot instead but ofc, since DE n most people hate AoE weapons because they're too well done on making every run efficient, they ain't gonna do it even tho they can
@@lookalike4805 true, I mean that acceltra is a new players weapon anyway, while mostly high end geared players never even touch that weapon unless if we just want to have a nostalgic run or playing around when bored anyway, since K Bramma, K tonkor, K ogris, n T envoy exist n has better performance too if we want to blast around our path, lol... what a *_Prime_*
tho there might be a plan if they're gonna make an incarnon adapter for Acceltra, but I doubt they will touch it's base ammo pool, cross finger tho
They'll never do it, too many old heads whining about how AOE ruined the game even though it's the most effective way to play in a game where most game modes are about killing as many enemies as quickly as possible.

My absolute go to youtuber for weapon builds, i usually dislike most WF build youtubers because many of them do not understand the modding system at all and just slap the same mods over and over again on their weapons or even stole the whole build from reddit or something and just tell people: "yeah we need that mod and that mod because of idk... but it does damage against that one faction".
But you really are different, i like the way you show many different setups in one video and explain why the build is good in the different activities, so everyone watching can pick the build they want and more important, NEED.

I've been using this as my main weapon along with Wisp in the last two years. Now, having STR at over 500% or over would make this weapon almost shoot like a burst instead of rapid fire. The way I get around the ammo issue is putting AMMO Drum on the Acceltra and putting Ammo mutation on my Carrier Prime. The extreme rapid fire along with Hunter Munitions makes this gun viable in Steel Path. Instead of the higher damage per hit, it's higher number of missiles launched.
Use the nof shivering contagion on the sentinel to spread more cold procs. I don't have helstrun yet but i use the artax for forced cold procs and use the bond mod that makes the sentinel split in three so it spreads more and tripples the shivering contagion chance

So I started playing like 2 weeks ago and got a good grasp of how everything works in the game, tho I'm getting side tracked a LOT with relics and their prime loot. I actually already have everything for gauss (3 days wait kinda bs, but don't really care cause my first prime yay) and the acceltra too. I can't craft/use it because my MR is only 6 and I need to be 14. Still got a big way to go but thanks for the video and for showing an entry/low budget build!! (Really excited to use gauss ahhh)
Perfect use for Acceltra is on my Harrow where my main is Nikana Prime and Acceltra is like my semi-secondary weapon for when I'm out of ammo I engage in heavy katana slices. Can also be good on Excalibur or Voruna.
that area really do spawn lots of ammo. you even wouldn't find much hassle when using AoE weapons there as long as you got ammo mutations equipped.
Not sure if the editing of the zoom in on stats is new or not, but I love it anyways!
Hi Leyzar, can you default your late game builds to a no riven no faction mod AND THEN tell us which mods we can swap out? I feel like 80-90% of warframe players just don't run riven/factions and sometimes I dont know which mods to swap into the riven/faction mod slots
nice build. i buidet a akarius prime build, whem im stackt i 1 shoot lv 170 sp heavy gunner. The Akarius is crazy op. hope we are gonna see a video soon
Love the videos but how is the first build the basic build when it runs on 5 forma like the build with the riven on it or because it has no primary arcane on it I think 🤔
Would this build at 11:09 work good for the normal acceltra too?
Also i've found that carrier with artax can easily keep up the frostbite procs. It stays at 40 for me as long as there's enemies around.

I've been wondering but that flick sound effect... It's not the switch click noise is it? I don't think big brother Mario likes it when their stuff is taken. Hopefully it isn't, or they aren't as aggressive as other companies. On the video though, I'm looking forward to this, as I've spent hours farming and don't have any of gauss' weapons. Tried it and loved it in Duviri even with basic default mods. One other thing was with the new mods, did you think any of them changes builds at all?

Ive been using gauss and his stuff since release, honestly the ammo issue is normal at this point, plus you're suppose to use the gun with gauss, the buff is helpful.

I've been using it with Wisp, and Vigilante Supplies(been too lazy to get rifle ammo mutation), and i very rarely run out of ammo, even with Wisp's insane firerate

honestly with primaries the ammo isn't much of a problem. the secondaries are the ones who really need ammo mutation mod on to be viable on high levels. my acceltra prime is still cooking in the oven but i'll try it out and see if the ammo becomes a problem then i might slap on some mutation mod.
im loving the akarius prime rn. i put mutation mod on it and it's slowly replacing my sporelacer secondary besides the akarius's big knockdown radius (i cant waste a frame mod slot for a knockdown mod) im enjoying it. the homing mechanism from the rockets is really nice.
Since it gets to 100% crit easily and has decent status chance, Hammer Shot should be useful mod.
How would the weapon perform if you were to use Bladed Rounds in place of the riven?
I can’t say for certain but probably about the same or slightly better. None of the stats on his riven are to high due to the low disposition so the 120% bonus crit damage with a hunter munitions build would be pretty strong
I got hyped so much thinking it would touch the realm of S tier weapons but still failed like its progenitor

@@TheLapisLord The game is boring when every player in a squad is using Torid, Dual Toxocysts, Dual Ichors or other incarnons. Also thinking that you need to complete missions faster to obtain more loot more efficiently is boring.

I honestly never had issues with the ammo, even when I was starting the game out and didn't have the best build or didn't waste unnecessary ammo, so I'm very happy with this prime, especially with the +1 range it got

Primed rifle ammo mutation+ammo drum i never run out of ammo using it throughout the whole mission
Question: does punch through affect the unexploding bullet at close target and when it went through the target, will it continue to fly and explode when hit another far away target?
No they arm and explode after a certain distance komorex doesn’t even do that
@@lordlightskin4200 so with punch through, they went through the 4m close target and then explode? Or it explode when touching target within 4m with punch through?
@@lordlightskin4200 also komorex explode is different from acceltra, cus it explode within any distance, while acceltra only explode when travel beyond 4m, so my question was how does punch through effect acceltra within 4m target when the bullet is not explosive

Looks like punch through doesn't affect this weapon at all.
Not only did it not explode after punching through, it didn't even punch through in the first place, even with over 3 meters of punch through modded onto it.

I recommend to use protea as specter 😮, for extra ammo, also just use protea warframe or her skill on any frame 😂and u done
Stats are well really good, status that is, but the max ammo and ammo pickup are still really bad
Lavos is probably the only frame thats going to be good with the Acceltra, getting universal ammo in a secondary weighted universe is quite nice, havent had issues with the regular version yet because of Transmutation
it shreds on gauss if you put energized munitions over thermal sunder and run him as a weapon platform

Faction mods are not required. If you dont have/want to use the "bane" mods, you can easily replace it with more elemental mods or critical mods :)

Dude the grimoire and this is so fun. You have the holster amp and you switch from shooting a big ball of electricity while having that 60% increased damage and finishing it off with your acceletra aswell for the book being infinite ammo it has helped alot of times trying to get ammo. Like a space wizard class

I really don't understand why the Corrupted enemies and Murmur enemies attack each other since they practically serve the same master..
Regardless, the Acceltra Prime with an Energized Munitions Gauss is my new favorite set up to run
The neural sentry that controls the corrupted doesn’t work for Wally, it works for the orokin.
They actually don't. The defenses on Orokin towers act like Narmer veils, but instead of wanting to serve Ballas, they protect the towers as though the Orokin still existed.

Acceltra on energized munitions Gauss is one of my favorite setups in the entire game. It's so good, and so fun. Can't wait to get my hands on the primed variants
@@LDSG_A_Team even with just critical delay and no vigilante buffs, I'm getting a lot of orange crits,also an occasional red crit too from time to time.
fwiw the hound is a decent status primer with manifold bond. It's not usually as reliable as diriga but has more potential statuses plus armor stripping & (mostly random) eximus buffs, but gas/electric aoe's help the little shock ball usually hit everything in the room making it much more reliable.
I had someone straight up say how horrible acceltra prime is, and how it cant kill anything in sp within 3 seconds ever. While normal acceltra was also their most used gun in warframe..

Glad they buffed the riven dispo of the cyanex , even tho i feel like they could have buffed it a bit more .
But if they buff it too much, people will notice it's the best Yareli gun in the game. o.o

So why should I use the prime weapons when the incarnon weapons exist they should give a buff to the prime weapons so they can be on same level to incarnon weapons

like your gonna run out of ammo due to the sheer amount of health a boss has, I will prefer a single target weapon like the cedo, or a shotgun in those boss situations, with a high ammo ecomony.

Honestly when it comes to ammo on the acceltra I find that ammo maximum works better less reserve ammo is what’s wrong with it and it helps especially if you go without any pick ups for a while as ammo mutation requires you to be near enemy drops all the time

No matter how much knowledgeable players point out the effects of low dispo, its like the market is just plain ignoring it.
they do it for the memes or just waiting for someone gullible enough that is rich to buy it off em and apparently they just do that to inflate the value of the riven even tho they dont actually plan on selling them yet/the riven only has decent to shit stats and make it seem the riven is valued at that price despite not being a godroll
Because people will pay those prices, that's the only reason. Rivens sell well when a riven is for a popular weapon. Acceltra Prime was looked forward to by many, and so people try to pricegouge to take advantage of it.

The people who say the acceltra has ammo problems are the same people who say the lex and laetum have uncontrollable recoil
You and everyone saying the ammo was the problem are blatantly wrong. The biggest problem of the weapons was the really low status chance, the prime finally makes this weapon moddable for other (STRONER) builds than the boring hunter munitions with viral build everyone keeps pushing.
If you can't manage your ammo economy, or *gasp* use your secondary for 20 seconds while you pick up ammo for the acceltra. Please get that tunnel vision out of your mind and stop pointing out the wrong problems with weapons.

if they bring back at least 50% of the ammo economy for aoe, the game will become extremely boring because the kings will return aka Bramma and Zarr .. so don't think about ammo return anymore, let's be honest at the moment Torid or Latron is all what you need :)) for any type of content
the problem is that they nerfed every single aoe weapon when there are incredibly mediocre ones like acceltra that need the ammo
I want it to be slash/puncture instead garbage impact.
It has slash its on the explosion and even if it didn’t that’s what hunter munitions is for or if you really want more internal bleeding converts impact procs to slash procs

This is first disappointing thing DE did on 2024. Was really looking forward to Gauss prime bundle, not gonna buy it anymore, the prime weapons only needed increase ammo and they couldn't even do that, besides the accesories suck, nothing worth mentioning.
bro the original acceltra only had 6% status, viral hunter munitions build wouldnt get even close to this good on regular acceltra. It is a very good weapon, and as you can see in the video you can easily solve the ammo issues.
