BLAME THE DEMOCRATS 🤬🤬🤬
There's only one color U.S. sees 💚🍏
I have to say Some landlords are 💩💀💩💀 animals unfortunately
Just Google Mehran Taavar (the Landlord) He’s Crooked and Likes to Sue ppl even the Courts Dismissed his cases LOL!!!
Beggars can’t be choosers. This is what happens when you slap the hands that feed you, or when you want to have your cake and eat it it too. I’ve seen so many disgusting tenants my whole life, that’s why I choose to live alone and not rent out to anyone, even if it means only eating crackers and drinking water every day. If you end up with a tenant from hell, good luck. Landlords matter and have rights as well. Grant it I’m sure many landlords are disgusting as well, but that’s why you have the freedom of choice, if you don’t like it, then LEAVE, go somewhere else!
Haha well if this isnt a lesson in stupid. She complains to the city about a code violation, which made additional units allowing her residence, they shut the building down because of said code violation, putting her out in the street.
Im supposed to feel sorry for her? All her former neighbors should be kicking her to the curb for making them homeless too. And now others are complaining that theyll have to pay more for their bigger apartments?
What is the world coming to with people this clueless?
Code is code but if you didnt like the accomodations you were always free to go elsewhere.
I've learned from experience that quite a lot of people lack the ability to think one step ahead.
The renters are the true Grifters followed by the shakedown activists.
Omg I can't believe the city let's this happens
Really?
Just Google Mehran Taavar (the Landlord) He’s Crooked and Likes to Sue ppl even the Courts Dismissed his cases LOL!!!

@@donaldkasper8346 no they kicked them out because they reported the land lord for renting out a single family unit to multiple families. But the city kicked out the tenants who reported the land lord because the rooms were unlawful.... They kinda played themselves smh . I feel bad but c'mon people this was obviously gonna happen
@@Davidsweirdness Right. What I said.
Sounds like a Chinese land lord .
The owner's name was written on the letter that was posted on the video, and it's not Chinese.
Did these tenants think this was a hotel?
Send them to jail
So I should become an immigrant and apply for low income housing maybe I’ll get an apartment for cheap ? lol. Then cry when 25 people are living in it only paying 900$ 🤦🏻♂️🤣
Is a asylum immigrants whom gone lives theres you gone see
If they don't want it then find somewhere else, problem solved. Why cry all the drama when you can just leave lol.
OK SO GIVE UP YOUR SPOT THEN MOVE IF LIFE IS GONNA BE UNFAIR TO YOU ITS SO EASY RIGHT????
She looks like the blob!
No no no , you cannot legally rent out unpermitted spaces like this. They need to get a lawyer and they will be able to recoup all the money they have paid towards rent. So if they've been living there a year they're going to get their 12 months back. I've seen this happen.
Youre right its a violation of code but these tenants deserve zero legal compensation if we just consider basic ethics. They paid reduced rent based upon smaller spaces, they knew what they were getting when they moved in. It says they paid $800-1200 a month, where does that get you a full size apartment in LA! Thats 1/3 to 1/2 the going rate. They were stupid to complain to the city, now they move to a fully code compliant space at full price if they can find one.
Brandon’s open border policies have CONSEQUENCES💯✔️🤮
5 years without playing rent,,because of Covid ordinances, enough is enough..
Just Google Mehran Taavar (the Landlord) He’s Crooked and Likes to Sue ppl even the Courts Dismissed his cases LOL!!!
Five years? Covid was in 2020- that was three years ago. This is how you out yourself as a troll. 😂
@Mlogan11 it will probably be 10 years with all the extensions. Meanwhile, landlords have to meet their obligations ,no brake for us.
People love to keep usingCOVID as an excuse not to pay their bills.🤦🏾♀️
Make me sick
Try moving to Mexico or points further south. I hear there's lots of room.
