Same is happening with me. My Kushaq was hit on left side and they're proving partial damage of left side. Left side is damaged starting from headlight to left doors(front and back). They are just approving headlight and fender. What did you do next?
had accident with my skoda slavia.. got scractes on both sides.. but the insurance company paid for scarates on one side.. they said in any accident the car cannot get damaged on both sides.. had to pay additional Rs 20000 on the other side where damages were less.. ICICI insurance.. zero dep insurance policy
@dunggabox5378 no, nothing like FIR or police contact . just informed digit after 1 day or the same day (I forgot). They asked about incident and approved. I think it totally depands on the demage cost.
