If your car is banged and you have acko insurance, first park your side on the side of the road. Open Acko app, take photos as instructed after starting a new claim. The process is simple but you have to make sure you give it 10 minutes of your good mind time. Make sure you have your car papers and license of person driving handy. Further follow the instructions Acko gives. Please take number of the garage where your car will be repaired. Be in constant touch with them. Hold the accountable. Make sure you don't leave any AirPods or items in the car. It will be stolen. If you have further queries feel free to ask me. I am always here for you.
Have also bought vehicle insurance from Acko,it was cheaper than lot of available ones. Phonepe probably provides more cheaper insurances

6 days is still good.. but thoda bhut chalta hain itna claim ke leye 👍. I have GV Alpha and insurance near 50k (20 tp + 30 od).i have taken claim twice without my any involvement on maruti workshop and unsurer guys..around 60k i have claimed in two and i have paid only 2000..it took 4 to 10 days but thats reasonable as they have deadline of all cars.

Acko car insurance kya koi sa bhi insurance nahin lena chahiye yeh chor company hai claim ke samay pareshan karte hain claim amount se jyada amount policy ko pay karna hoga uske baad claim paas hoga. Koi bewakoof hai kya jo policy ko claim karega.. apne aap se hi pay nahi karega. Acko se kabhi bhi kisi tarah ki koi policy naa le yeh mera personal experience hai.

I have MG Astor. And when I called MG Lucknow then they mentioned that they do not have cashless settlement at MG gaurage. Cashless facility is only available at Acko gaurages. Is it true?

lol, avoid Acko. They will pay small claim amount but when it comes to big claims they will make you beg and still won't pay. They are big frauds.

You saved like 1.5 lacs wow,21k insurance+7k for the damage cover=28k vs 70-80k insurance was damn expensive,40-50k saved by getting Acko&a possible 94k avoided due to Acko wow🫡

Acko insurance is 21667 and others are charging 50k to 70k. Worth noting.

Otherwise it takes 5-7 days minimum for their process to be completed!

It's good not to drive the car after accident,companies tend to claim that you may have damaged other parts afterwards (post accident date)etc.

Hv u tried other companies to get revised quote with 6000 deductible? Actually u paid 2 deductible 1st minimum is 1000 u paid 2k so ur Prem gets down then huge 6k so again ur Prem down
When I opted for the insurance, I took that no claim bonus of 5000 in advance. So when insurance was used I had to surrender the 5000 plus 1000 deductible plus another 1000 deductible as it’s an ev.
@@KanwarAnand no 1000 extra is to lower ur premium it has nothing to do with as EV…general practice to give lower quote with 2000 deductible instead of 1000

sir i think mujhe bhi acko walo ki taraf se aise he preshan kiya gya hai 15 din tak in the wnd wo waiver dene ke liye ready hogye hai but wo bole mujhe pehle payment krni padegi garage me uske bad mai mail pr receipt share krunga fr wo refund krdenge but mujhe abhi tak trust ni hai unpe bs risk liya hai
